n4a 2019 Registration Policies
If registering 2 or more people you must register all attendees at the same time.
Method of Payment
All conference registrations require payment and you may submit payment by credit card or check. Registration is not complete until full payment has been received.
If you are paying by credit card, you will complete your payment and the vendor on your statement will be listed as n4a. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted.
If you are paying by check, please indicate your confirmation number on your check and mail it to the following address:

Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received by June 28, 2019 will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 28, 2019.
Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing email@example.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration and can be made at any time.
Cancellation of Optional Items
Cancellations of individual conference items, such as Pre-Conference Intensives and Special Sessions received by June 28, 2019 will receive a full refund. We are unable to offer a refund after June 28, 2019.
