All conference registrations require payment and you may submit payment by credit card or check. Registration is not complete until full payment has been received.
If you are paying by credit card, you will complete your payment and the vendor on your statement will be listed as n4a. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing email@example.com. Cancellations received by June 28, 2019 will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 29, 2020.
Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration and can be made at any time.
Cancellations of individual conference items, such as Pre-Conference Intensives and Special Sessions received by May 29, 2020 will receive a full refund. We are unable to offer a refund after May 29, 2020.
