Registration FAQs

I am having trouble getting started with the online registration.

Click on the “Register Now” button. Instructions on the top of each page will guide you through the process.

 

How do I register my group to receive the “Two or More” discount?

After you enter your attendee information, the following page will ask if you are registering any additional attendees. You MUST select yes then scroll down on the following page to add more members to your group, for each member to receive the discount. Once all registrants have been added, click on the blue “complete registration” button to submit a single payment for the whole group.

 

I am registering as part of a group. Why is the website charging me the regular rate?

The registration site is set up to provide a discount for groups who register together on one order, who are all from the same organization, who pay at the same time. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the discount unless you are all registered together as a group.

 

What is included in the Conference registration fee?

The Conference registration fee includes access to the virtual Conference platform, all program sessions, the Tradeshow and a variety of networking events. Advance registration is required for some Conference Intensives as listed during registration.

 

Can I just attend one day of the Conference?

No, one-day options are not available for the virtual 2021 Conference.

 

Who qualifies for the AAA Member registration fee?

AAA, State Association and Alumni Members of the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a) in good standing qualify for this registration category. Who qualifies for the Associate Member registration fee?

Associate Members of the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a) in good standing qualify for the Associate Member registration fee. Who qualifies for the Title VI Native American Aging Program registration fee?

Title VI Native American Programs (Grants for Indian Tribal Organizations) qualify for this registration category. Not sure if you are part of a Title VI Aging Program? Contact Connor Kelly, n4a’s Membership and Outreach Assistant.

 

I cannot find my Registration Confirmation email.

A registration confirmation email is sent automatically once you have completed your online registration. It serves as your official invoice/receipt, and is sent to the email address you used to register (as well as the email in the “cc email address” field, if entered).

 

If you have not received your registration confirmation, please follow these steps:

  1. Wait 60 minutes after registering. Occasionally registration confirmations are slightly delayed if the system is particularly busy.
  2. Check your clutter and spam folders. The subject of the email will be “Confirmation for n4a 2021 Conference & Tradeshow.”
  3. Email Registration@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com and request that your registration confirmation be resent.

 

Where can I find my confirmation number?

The confirmation number is a combination of letters and numbers and can be found in your Registration Confirmation email.

 

I can no longer attend the Conference, but my colleague is available. What is the substitution policy?

Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Registration@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made at any time prior to the registration deadline (July 14, 2021). I need to cancel my registration. What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that events may occur that prevent you from attending the Conference. We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Registration@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by June 18, 2021 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 18, 2021. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment.

 

Are there any academic credits available for this Conference?

There are no CEUs offered, but a digital Certificate of Attendance will be provided to all registrants.

 

Can I obtain a Certificate of Attendance?

Yes, a Certificate of Attendance will be provided as part of the conference materials. 

 

When will I receive log on credentials for the virtual Conference?

Log on credentials will be emailed to the address you used during registration the week prior to the Conference.
