*In order to register for the Two or More option, you must register all attendees at the same time on the same order.

 

Full Conference Registration includes access to the virtual conference platform, all program sessions, the Tradeshow and a variety of networking events.

 

Intensive Sessions listed on the agenda that require pre-registration must be added at the time of registration in order to attend. All other conference workshops are open to all registered attendees and do not require additional pre-registration.

Methods of Payment

Full payment in U.S. dollars is required to complete registration. Registrations are not complete until the payment has been received. Register online using our secure site and pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). You must have the correct security code from the card to complete your online payment. Print the confirmation page as your payment receipt. Please note: the vendor on your credit card statement will be listed as Conference Solutions.

 

For payment by check, complete and submit your online registration. Print a copy of your registration confirmation and mail it with the check to the address indicated in the confirmation message. Indicate “n4a 2021” and the registrant’s name as a reference on all check payments. Payments not received within 15 days of the registration order may result in a cancellation of the registration. 

 

Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you find yourself unable to attend the 2021 n4a Conference and Tradeshow, you may:

 

Send a Substitute 
Know someone else who is interested in attending? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made at any time prior to the registration deadline (July 14, 2021).


Request a Refund
We are happy to accommodate a refund for your registration if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by June 18, 2021 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 18, 2021.

 

Photography Policy

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the n4a Conference and Tradeshow constitutes an agreement by the registrant to n4a for use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
