*If registering for two or more guests, you must register all attendees on the same order. After July 13th, we will only accept credit card payments. Please contact Conference Solutions at n4aREG@conferencesolutionsinc.com regarding other payment options.
 
Method of Payment

All conference registrations require payment and you may submit payment by credit card or check. Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Payments not received within 15 days of the registration order may result in a cancellation of the order. If registration is canceled due to non-payment, re-registration will be at the current rate, not the rate at the time of the original registration. 

 

If you are paying by credit card, you will complete your payment below and the vendor on your statement will be listed as ENYAE Consulting Group. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to  n4aREG@conferencesolutionsinc.comWe are happy to accommodate a refund for your registration fees if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email n4aREG@conferencesolutionsinc.com. Cancellations received before or on June 28, 201, will be refunded and charged a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 28, 2018, no exceptions.

 

 

Substitution Policy

Do you know someone who is interested in attending? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing n4aREG@conferencesolutionsinc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made at any time. Payment for substitution must be made at the time of processing.

 

 

Optional Items Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of optional individual conferences items received by June 28, 2018, will receive a full refund. We are unable to offer a refund after June 28, 2018. Substitutions can be made at any time without a charge by emailing the Registration Manager at n4aREG@conferencesolutionsinc.com.
