Members of Title VI Programs (Grants for Indian Tribal Organizations) who are also n4a Members in good standing qualify for this registration category. Not sure if you or your agency is a member? Contact  Rebecca Levine, n4a’s Membership and Outreach Associate.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, group discounts are available for the Member and Non-Member Full Conference Registration options. Group discounts are not available for Title VI Native American Aging Program, One Day or Volunteer registrants. Click here to download a worksheet to assist in collecting information from each of the attendees in your group. Please note that all registrations MUST be submitted online – mailing in a copy of the document will NOT register you for the conference.

How do I register my group to receive the “Two or More” discount?

On the Registration Summary page of the conference registration website, there is an “ADD PERSON” button on the top right of the page. You MUST click on this button to add more members to your group, for each member to receive the discount. If you continue with payment for the single registration, you will not get the discount. NOTE: Group discounts are not available for Title VI Native American Aging Program, One Day or Volunteer registrants. Click here to download a worksheet to assist in collecting information from each of the attendees in your group. Please note that all registrations MUST be submitted online – mailing in a copy of the document will NOT register you for the conference.

I am registering as part of a group – why is the website charging me the regular rate?

The registration site is set up to provide a discount for groups who register together on one order, who are all from the same organization, who pay at the same time. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the discount unless you are all registered together as a group, on the same order. Please contact Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com if you are having trouble adding members to your group.

Can I just attend one day of the Conference?

Yes, one-day options are available for purchase at the time of registration and include access to the workshops general sessions, Tradeshow and any meals scheduled for the selected day. There is no Tradeshow on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Do I have to pre-enroll for sessions?

There are certain sessions that require pre-registration, including Pre-Conference Intensives, Special Sessions, Mobile Workshops, and Optional Activities as listed on the registration site. Some of these sessions may require an additional payment (is not included in the conference registration fee). Concurrent workshops do not have pre-enrollment and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Which workshops are considered Pre-Conference Intensives and require an additional fee?

Click here to view the Pre-Conference Intensives, which will be offered on Saturday, July 29 and Sunday, July 30. These workshops are NOT included in Full Conference or One-Day registrations and may require payment of an additional fee.

I can’t attend all the sessions that I want to, is it possible to get handouts from all?

Concurrent workshop presentations will be made after the Conference if the presenter(s) provided them to be posted online. An email will be sent to all registrants once those are posted to www.n4aconference.org.

Where can I find my confirmation number?

The confirmation number is a combination of letters and numbers and can be found in the Registration Confirmation email, which is automatically generated when you submit your registration. If you don’t see it in your inbox, we recommend you look in your “Junk” folder and/or search your email.

I can no longer attend the Conference, but my colleague is available. What is the substitution policy?

Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing n4areg@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made up until the pre-registration deadline of July 17, 2017 or at the onsite Registration Desk.

I need to cancel my registration. What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that events may occur that prevent you from attending the Conference. We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing n4areg@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by June 29, 2017 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 29, 2017.

If, for any reason, the Conference should be canceled, n4a 2017 will refund the registration fee. The Conference is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment.

I still want to attend the Conference, but need to cancel one of my optional agenda items. What is the cancellation for optional agenda items?

Cancellations of individual conferences items, such as Pre-Conference Workshops and Special Sessions received by June 29, 2017, will receive a full refund. We are unable to offer a refund after June 29, 2017. Substitutions can be made without a charge.

Can I change my registration once I have submitted it?

You can! Simply log into the registration site here, and sign in with your email address and confirmation number. Your confirmation number was sent to you in your confirmation email after you finished your registration. You can also have it re-sent to you through the link above.

Are there any academic credits available for this Conference?

There are no CEUs offered, but a Certificate of Attendance will be available to all registrants.

I have some dietary restrictions/special needs. How do I inform the Conference Planners?

In an effort to assist with menu planning, you will be able to indicate dietary restrictions during the registration process. Please note: every effort is made to ensure conference meals accommodate a wide range of dietary preferences; however, due to vendor limitations, not all dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
