n4a’s Answers on Aging Tradeshow: Where the Aging Network and business meet.


The n4a Tradeshow provides a dynamic environment where attendees network and learn about the latest products and resources that will help them better serve their clients. n4a members look forward to learning from industry experts about the latest news, resources and technologies that will help them provide the most innovative, efficient and expert care for their communities' aging and caregiving populations.


Take advantage of the opportunity to reach a concentrated group of decision makers by reserving a booth at the n4a 2017 Tradeshow. The Tradeshow schedule provides over five hours of networking time with several key functions (including breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks).

Premium booths are designated where there is maximum traffic flow at the end of each row in the Tradeshow or near main traffic draws like the food and beverage stations and the Tradeshow entrance. All booths are assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis and the premium booths are the first ones to sell out. You will want to get yours early! The Tradeshow is known for its interactive displays, industry-proven tools, games, technologies and evidence-based research. Be prepared to show and share the best of your products and expertise!

Exhibitor Issue Designation Signs - $200

Does your company do work that supports managed care, care transitions, chronic disease management, caregiver support or Livable Communities? If so, take advantage of n4a's Conference exhibitor "designation sign", so attendees can quickly see the visual on your booth that lets them know you are involved in one of these important areas. This will help attendees know what topics to discuss with company representatives and will help focus the conversations on important and useful information for attendees about your company and their specific value to the Aging Network.

Refunds less an administrative fee of $175 per booth will be made at the discretion of n4a. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 90 days of installation.
